Guava's are a juicy tropical fruit with a distinctive sweet taste. The tree is robust and hardy and straightforward to prune. Once established they are also highly productive.
The fruit looks like a green pear and often lightens to almost yellow when ripe. Inside the flesh is a beautiful shade of pink. It's very versatile and can be eaten fresh, juiced, added to fruit salads, sliced on a cheeseboard, turned into preserves or be dehydrated.
