What if my plants die or don’t grow as expected?
Outside of damage during transit (reported within the first 24 hours), we unfortunately cannot accept any responsibility for the ongoing care and performance of any plants you have purchased.
This includes any plants that have been improperly planted, fertilised or watered, damaged by pests or which are simply ill-suited to the climate in your region. We ensure our plants are healthy and well-cared-for upon leaving our nursery - but the rest is up to you!
