The fruit is coloured shades of brownish pink and has sweet, juicy flesh. Figs are deciduous, so they will lose their leaves in winter. Suitable to grow either in a large pot or in the ground.

Absolutely! Figs grow well in a large pot and can be comfortably kept pruned to 2-3 metres.

How much water does it require?

Figs require regular watering whilst they are becoming established.

When will it start fruiting?

Your Fig tree may well produce its first few fruit within 12-24 months of planting. Once they are more mature they will often have a large summer harvest followed by a smaller mid-Autumn harvest.
